The only data I have from you is your email address, phone numbers, and your medical form.  I use your email address to send newsletters that contain information about my classes and retreats, and occasionally include other information related to yoga.  I send these communications via Mailchimp.  You can unsubscribe at any time, and each communication I send includes a link to do so.  I never share your email address with anyone else.

Your medical form is stored on paper in a secure location.  I have been told by Yoga Alliance that I must keep these details for seven years (starting on your eighteenth birthday if you are under eighteen) in case of any legal action being taken against me.  If you filled out a medical form prior to 25th May 2018, I will also have your postal address, which I treat with the same confidentiality as all your other data. I never share your information with anyone else.  If you would like to see the information you provided on your medical form, just ask me and I will happily show you.
